Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Creator Dunning, a service operated by Joshua Johns ("we", "us"). By creating an account or connecting a Stripe account you agree to them.

The service

Creator Dunning connects to your existing Stripe account, watches for failed subscription payments and emails the affected subscribers on your behalf with a link to update their payment method, following up periodically until the invoice is paid. We read subscription and invoice data from Stripe; we do not move funds, change your products or prices, or issue refunds.

Your responsibilities

You must have the right to contact the subscribers whose details we receive from Stripe, and you are responsible for the accuracy of your Stripe data and for complying with the laws that apply to your business, including consumer and email regulations in your region. Keep your login credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.

Fees

The service is currently free during early access. If we introduce paid plans we will tell you in advance, and you will only be charged after you explicitly subscribe. Any fees are billed through Stripe and appear on your statement as FINISH RADAR.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to send messages unrelated to recovering legitimate subscription payments, to contact people who have not subscribed to you, or in any way that is unlawful, deceptive or abusive. We may suspend accounts that do.

Disconnecting and termination

You can stop the service at any time by revoking Creator Dunning's access in your Stripe dashboard; reminders stop immediately. You can also ask us to delete your account by emailing thejoshuajohns@gmail.com. We may suspend or end the service with reasonable notice, or immediately if these terms are breached.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as is. We work to deliver emails promptly but cannot guarantee that any particular payment will be recovered, that emails will be delivered, or that the service will be uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost revenue.
